BLEH

Not as close to the 50 pages as I would like to be, but my Christmas decorations are up, my house is clean, and I even shaved my legs. I'm ready for this baby to come. NOW.

By the way, my blogging will probably fade out in December, but once I adjust to being a mom of two, I will be back to talk writing and books.

  1. Have a great time, and wow-you are nesting a little? LOL I'm impressed. I didn't really do the whole nesting thing until my THIRD child. LOL I'm a late bloomer....

  2. Aren't you superwoman, who can clean house, write, blog, cook and take care of two children and look super cute while doing it?

Let us know when the baby arrives.

  3. Eeek! I'm SO excited for you. :-) You can write that book anytime, but you won't get this alone time with your little guy for much longer. :-) Enjoy and take care! I can't wait to hear about the new one when she comes! (a girl, right??? *cringing 'cause I don't remember*)

  4. Krist-definitely nesting. I had my son a little past 38 weeks, where I am now. Hopefully number two decides to come early, too.

Patti-My, you paint a pretty picture of me. However, my house hasn't been this clean for a long time. And when my house is clean, there is little writing. Super cute? Remember those 50 pounds. But I'll take it.

Jessica-Yes, a girl. See you pay attention. And I have been trying to spend quality time with my son because I just know he is going to have a really hard time.

Shelley-Oh, I'll blog enough to tell you that much.

  5. Natalie-Yes, it's pretty busy, and writing has definitely taken a back seat.

Melane-My son didn't sleep through the night until he was almost two. Now he is an awesome sleeper. Maybe she'll make up for it later in life as mine did.

  6. I'm sending happy thoughts your way about easy deliveries and babies who sleep through the night, etc. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and I'll look forward to seeing your posts whenever they appear.

  7. Dude, I just shaved my legs after like, 2 weeks...and I don't have a baby belly to blame. Praying that you have this baby healthy and fast! :)

  8. So my twin sister is pregnant with her second, which is a girl, and she is due any day now too! And she is very much in the same boat as you, ready to be done!

Here's hoping that both of you go into a swift, healthy labor very, very soon. :)

  9. Good luck with the transition!!! May you go into labor soon, have a baby who immediately sleeps through the night, and a toddler that adjusts to the new baby easily! :)

  10. I'm glad you're ready. I hope you find the 2nd one easier than the first. In a lot of ways, it was so much easier for me because the schedule was already set. Center of life=child... Then Center of life=children. Not too bad. The tricky part comes with the 3rd. When you and the hubby are outnumbered.

  12. He might not have a hard time, you never know. :-) It helps to let him help with what he can, to tell him what you're doing, and to let him touch the baby. There were a lot of times with mine that I'd set the newborn down to hold the toddler, that way I hoped the toddler wouldn't see the baby as a threat. Let us know how your little guy does. ;-)
